- Plan, develop, and manage Columbus REALTORS social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, & Instagram)
- Research, write and edit content for the Columbus REALTORS e-newsletters and email correspondence.
- Work closely with staff to update and maintain the association website,
- Experience in videography, graphic design, and photography is a plus. The ability to edit videos for engaging social media content is preferred.
- Serve as a staff writer for In Contract magazine, the official print publication of Columbus REALTORS, while repurposing magazine content for our digital platforms.
- Assist departments and groups with electronic messaging to ensure communication is in keeping with the Columbus REALTORS brand.
- Having the ability to collaborate across different departments and meet important deadlines is imperative.
- Some limited travel and attendance at select local, state, and national association events are required.
- Serve as a staff liaison on one or more association committees, including the association's Young Professional Network.
- Some small-scale event planning and meeting preparation are expected.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or digital/visual communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Polished interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Organized and responsive to members and key stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
- Experience with website content management systems and Email marketing platforms (CRM)
- Social media management applications
- Some experience with creative design platforms such as Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, CapCut

The Role:
The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for assisting the Sr. Director of Communication & Engagement with the day-to-day operations of the Association's communications efforts. We seek an individual passionate about storytelling and exploring new and exciting ways of communicating with our members through a wide range of platforms. Providing first-class customer service and timely messaging to our members is a must. Candidates should have the ability to create engaging content to drive member participation while tracking the progress of digital marketing campaigns.

Expectations:
As an employee of Columbus REALTORS and the MLS, you will receive a competitive hourly range of $28.25-$30.75 with annual reviews. After the first 90 days, employees will be eligible for one remote work day per week. The benefits package includes group health, dental, vision, and group life insurance with a 10% employee premium contribution. Also, 100% of employer-paid premiums for short & long-term disability insurance. A flexible Spending Account (FSA) is available for all employees. Paid Time Off (PTO) is based on the length of service plus paid holidays. Employees are eligible for the company's 401K plan after one year of service. Regular working hours are Monday-Friday (8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.).
