- Graphic Design: You will support the leasing efforts of our property management teams by creating and improving upon current leasing materials to provide a seamless leasing experience for all visitors at our communities. You will create designs for projects as they arise. You will be a direct contact to our onsite teams to maintain current signage standards and order replacements for stabilized and lease-up communities as needed. You will support the Manager of Resident Experience with design materials for resident experience programming such as visuals and designs for move-in gifts, grand opening ceremonies, and Wilcox events.
- Content Creation: You will create content to support RiseVision, our digital onsite screens promoting specials, onsite events, onsite news, and maintain headquarters content & news. You will maintain marketing visuals at our new Headquarters and support our onsite teams with branded designs.
- Awards, Sponsorships & Events: You will manage all sponsorship opportunities with Wilcox and external partners and create content as necessary to support these partnerships. You will assist with award nominations for publications including but not limited to Building Industry Association and Columbus Business First. You will facilitate event registrations such as Parade of Homes and promote as needed.
- Social Media: Create, manage and evaluate social media content across various platforms and ensure adherence to brand standards and drive consistent impact to conversion metrics. Includes ongoing review and strategic planning of social media pages to drive engagement.
- Performance & Analytics: You will be responsible for managing contracts and content for ILS partnerships including but not limited to and You will monitor and review property performance needs, creating and managing campaigns to generate traffic including but not limited to email marketing, direct mail, and social media campaigns. You will manage the online marketing storefront.
- Work Closely with Director of Marketing: You will work closely with the Director of Marketing to tackle new marketing opportunities and challenges as they arise. Additionally, you will collaborate with property management and our onsite teams on how to enhance our brand and product for the benefit of our residents.
- Integrative Site Maps: You will manage and facilitate our Digital Site Maps checking for accuracy and troubleshooting challenges.
- Internal Communication: You will manage internal marketing communication by creating and delivering the monthly Wilcox newsletters and other announcements.

- Your Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing is preferred, High School (or GED) required.
- Experience in graphic design, creative cloud experience required including Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Photoshop.
- A creative thinker capable of identifying opportunities for design improvements.
- Possess an innate marketing acumen and a passion for driving results.
- Experience with social media platforms, developing and executing on strategic initiatives, photography experience a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to problem solve.
- Ability to define and report on performance success metrics.
- Responsible, accountable, and self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple projects at once.
- Highly organized with attention to detail & eye for quality execution as small details have big impact in this role, has an attentive nature.
- Previous experience in real estate marketing a plus.
