    Eastern Industrial Supplies, located in Greenville, SC is looking to hire an accounting oriented Payroll Administrator

    This business position in wholesale distribution earns a competitive wage including annual bonus. We also offer great benefits, including medical, dental, disability, a 401(k) plan with employer match, paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), and paid "Eastern Cares" days.


    Payroll Administrator position highlights:

    Process bi-weekly payroll in ADP Workforce Now including employee pay rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding, address changes, and other updates

    Ensures proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, insurance, 401K, contributions, and other benefits

    Accounting duties to includes bi-weekly payroll journal entries

    Payroll, tax withholdings, benefits, and other required account reconciliations

    Coordination with Accounts Payable for transfers for health insurance payments

    Monitors payroll tax filings

    Monthly sales commission administration including maintaining, and processing information for Sales Commissions in Performio (Incentive Compensation Management system)

    Ensures accurate processing of Commission Payments each month, including proper uploads of data from Performio to ADP

    Provides needed review and reconciliation to changes to incentive plans in Perfomio

    Calaculation, analysis and processing of annual bonus / incentive payments in ADP

    Annual reporting for various surveys

    Review and reconcile contractor hours from Eclipse system with staffing firm invoices

    Human Resources support duties including administering random drug and alcohol test program


    Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or business

    Experience: 2+ years of payroll processing experience

    Computer Skills: Excel, ability to develop knowledge of Performio and Eclipse software, payroll processing in ADP Workforce Now
