Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical practice.

The Practice Manager will be responsible for managing administrative and clinical staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining efficient office procedures.

Duties:

• Supervise and manage all aspects of the medical practice, including administrative, clinical, and support staff
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
• Oversee medical records management, including proper documentation, storage, and retrieval
• Ensure compliance with OSHA & HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
• Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Payroll, Accounts Payable, Month End/Year End Financial Statements (QuickBooks)
• Prepare monthly Provider schedule for 5 Nephrologist and 5 Nurse Practitioners
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement strategic plans for the practice
• Monitor financial performance and work closely with billing and coding staff to ensure accurate reimbursement
• Implement utilization management strategies to optimize patient care delivery
• Maintain knowledge of current industry trends, regulations, and best practices
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
• Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise and lead a team
• Proficient in medical office software systems (Athena)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Pay:
$43, $50,000.00 per year
