- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
- Work closely with program/process owners to identify change and drive the consensus necessary following the manageable change strategy.
- Identify gaps and scope optimizations for program efficiencies, develop framework for emerging areas that align with current business processes.
- Manage multiple programs and projects involving multiple parties/organizations in parallel.
- Design solutions in collaboration with engineering teams to improve product quality and related processes.
- Lead engineering teams towards targeted and scheduled outcome providing regular workstream status to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress.
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps (formerly Visual Studio) and Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
- Strong ability to work with data related technologies such as Azure Data Explorer, SQL, Power BI, etc.
- Knowledge of Source Control systems and usage patterns and Git
- Solid understanding of engineering systems (work & code management, build, validation, deployment, instrumentation) service operations at scale
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps (formerly Visual Studio) and Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
- Strong ability to work with data related technologies such as Azure Data Explorer, SQL, Power BI, etc.
- Knowledge of Source Control systems and usage patterns and Git
- 6-10 years of program management experience
- Bachelor's degree or related industry experience
- Knowledge of software security and/or compliance regulation preferred
