Carolinas Staffing is looking for a Remote Administrative AssistantJob Description:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling clients, producing reports, and handling backend administrative work as needed.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls
Responding back to clients and or vendors
Organizing and scheduling appointments
Maintaining contact lists and correspondence
Provide administrative support to the owner
Preparing and distributing reports, presentations, and data analysis
Assist with data entry and other accounting tasks as needed
Coordinating meetings clients
Maintaining records and files
Ability to work remotely
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Office Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 4:00pm
Pay:
$16.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on your experience.
