    The company is based in Los Angeles and has a portfolio that includes Global Music Rights; Iconic Artists Group; Full Stop Management; and Giant Music.

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager of Talent Acquisitions to lead our talent acquisition efforts to source and drive a pipeline of qualified applicants and ensure the successful growth of our organization.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, the ability to work independently, a strategic mindset, and a passion for bringing in the best people.


    What You will Do:

    Strategic Recruitment:
    Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for roles up to director level across all our companies and departments.
    Collaborate with senior leadership to align hiring needs with organizational objectives.

    Full-cycle Recruitment:

    Develop sourcing strategies emphasizing diversity and internal mobility.
    Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from requisition creation to offer acceptance.
    Utilize social media and attend events to market opportunities and engage with candidates.

    Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
    Provide regular updates on recruitment status and initiatives.

    Candidate Experience:
    Ensure a positive candidate experience through open communication and timely feedback.
    Oversee new hire orientation and onboarding processes.

    What You Will Bring:
    Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
    Proficiency in JobVite Recruiting Platform and LinkedIn preferred.
    Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and technologies.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
    Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Paylocity a plus.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    About Us:
    Located in Westwood Village, Los Angeles, CA, we are in-office Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.
    The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 annually depending upon experience.
