We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to join our People Team

What you'll do:


  • Build new hire orientation processes, implement program efficiencies and resources, and oversee the day to day programmatics
  • Support the contingent workforce program, partner with the business on new and existing needs, manage staffing agency partnerships, and build program resources
  • Manage Talent Acquisition program inboxes responding to internal and external inquires
  • Maintain relationships between Talent Acquisition vendors and manage record keeping of contracts and purchase orders
  • Partner closely with the Lead of Operations to own the Employee Referrals program
  • Action strategic and tactical initiatives for the Talent Acquisition Operations team
  • Continue to level up our recruiting process both internally and externally, implementing new system enhancements and processes
  • Identify and manage priority projects that directly impact Talent Acquisition team productivity and workflow
  • Track execution against overall Talent Acquisition roadmap in partnership with Talent Acquisition leadership team
  • Communicate effectively internally and externally, building strong relationships hiring managers, cross functional teams, Snap vendors and suppliers
  • Handle daytoday recruiting inquiries regarding tools, process, projects, and Talent Acquisition programsMinimum qualifications
:


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience 2+ years experience in Talent Acquisition
Preferred qualifications:


  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with hiring managers, HR business partners, recruiters, cross functional teams, and external suppliers
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining resources, dashboards, and spreadsheets
  • Familiarity with fast paced environments and working across multiple time zones
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (including Workday Recruiting), ticketing systems (including JIRA), and Google Suite
  • Experience creating resources, with demonstrated communication and presentation skills

Compensation

  • Zone A (CA, WA, NYC)
:

The base salary range for this position is $78,000-$117,000 annually.

Zone B
:

The base salary range for this position is $74,000-$111,000 annually.

  • Zone C
:

The base salary range for this position is $66,000-$100,000 annually.
