Job Description:

HydraFacial is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner who will be responsible for supporting with all things recruiting and hiring.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Manage and support the full recruitment cycle simultaneously integrating HydraFacial recruiting practices with local market practices. Implement engaging recruitment strategies and outreach efforts to attract top talentCreate talent pipelines for current and future open positions Manage contingent worker process while partnering with agencies / vendors for solutions Onsite at the Long Beach facility 23 days a weekHERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

5+ years experience in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role including 3+ years managing multiple high
volume roles

EndtoEnd Commercial function recruitment experience Previous experience with agency and vendor management Experience with Workday and LinkedInDemonstrable ability to prioritize and multitask in fast paced, changing environment Experience delivering exceptional customer experience we'll want to hear all of your customer success storiesWhat else can you expect with HydraFacial?

(Base Salary Range:
$100,000 $110,000)

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenuebased metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of BeautyHealth's total rewards package for our employees.
