    Description

    Job Title: Associate Director, Trade (Operations, Account Management, Customer Service, Strategy Building)

    Company Type: Rapidly Growing Pharma - Strong Pipeline in Infusion and Cell and Gene Therapies

    Location: New Jersey / hybrid

    Therapy Area: Rare Disease

    Role Description:


    • Business development through relationships with GPOs, IDNs, specialty pharmacies, specialty distributors, etc.


    • Trade operations including blocking, tackling, monitoring orders, etc.


    • Manage trade policies including Returns, Chargebacks, handling disputes, etc.


    • Building strategy around shipping and logistics of product

    Qualifications Include:


    • Bachelors degree required / 10+ years pharma or biotech experience


    • Previous Trade and experience preferred


    • Infusion, Gene and Cell Therapy, specialty therapy experience preferred
