    New York:
    $151,200-$179,500, bonus and long-term incentive

    St Louis:
    $125,600-$149,160, bonus and long-term incentive

    ROLE SUMMARY:
    This role is responsible for our trade marketing event and venue activations.


    We need to show up as the leader and this person will own the development of the experience by partnering with senior internal stakeholders as well as agencies and event organizers.

    This role will support the strategy and execution of top industry events, venues, and mobile activation fleet

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


    Leads Event Strategy & Activation for portfolio through utilization and consolidation of insights and data to drive brand and event specific programming across:Tier 1 Industry Events including: NACS, FMI, etc.

    Venues across USMobile Asset Fleet (75)Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement best in class assets and activations to immerse retailers and consumers in our brand worlds.

    Owns our internal national sales conventions activations through venues including stadiums, amphitheaters, arenas.

    Managed OPEX for fleet of activation assets for 500+ events per yearAccountable for all deliverables, including creative, build outs, experiential and articles.

    Continuously drives process improvement and enhancements for tech enabled ways or working.
    Leads and inspires a team of 3 full time employees to accomplish the responsibilities outlined above.


    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
    Bachelor's Degree Required10 years event activation neededIn-depth knowledge of sales and marketingSkilled at communication, presentation, organization and time management.
