    Description
    Overview:
    Serve as the main link between the local market and designated suppliers. Lead a team to excel at generating supplier program activations that deliver outstanding results. Develop a strategic direction for subordinates to meet volume and value targets efficiently and adhere to brand standards.

    Compensation:
    $120,000 - $175,000/yr. + 20% Annual Bonus
    $7,200 Annual Car Allowance

    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Maintain effective communication between Division field sales team and supplier marketing
    • Implement and drive company-wide sales strategies to reach sales goals
    • Plan, execute, and assess sales, promotion, and marketing programs
    • Lead Supplier Planning Initiatives, including supplier meetings and business review sessions
    • Direct the design, planning, and execution of marketing initiatives aligned with supplier goals
    • Manage purchasing, supplier shipment, and local delivery of assigned-supplier portfolios
    • Ensure brand pricing and profit are in line with strategy for each sales channel
    • Support Commercial Finance team in managing funds related to local marketing and brand planning
    • Utilize analytic tools to identify local market opportunities and shifts in consumer trends
    • Ensure accurate and timely business intelligence program tracking and reporting


    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience
    • Seven years of relevant experience
    • Ability to meet industry licensing requirements as necessary
    • Valid driver's license and auto-liability insurance as per state laws
