- Localize our global brand and portfolio initiatives into market-specific retail and channel marketing plans that elevate brand awareness and drive sales
- Develop and manage the annual promotional calendars for must win customers
- Own and deliver annual trade marketing budget planning that supports business growth initiatives
- Execute digitally-driven marketing campaigns, customer promotions, and new product launch activities in partnership with Merchandising, Sales and Category teams
- Develop impactful physical and digital shelf merchandising opportunities that create omnichannel shopping experiences
- Analyze budget and campaign performance for data-driven optimizations and improvements
- Own potential trade show or alternative marketing plans and ensure on brand executional excellence across tiered national retail environment
- Develop inspiring brand, product and sales training materials and tools to support Trade Merchandisers & Sales teams for growth driver activities, joint business planning, line reviews, new product launches & trainings
- Ensure effective communication flow to sales (incl. 3rd party reps) of marketing plans, business updates, reviews and competitor activity
- Collaborate with and influences across internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including: sales, PR/communications, sales, product and commercial excellence
- Build and evolve actionable retail segmentation strategy, and owns the retail CRM data
- Build, manage, and execute CapEx expansion strategy and plans for visual merchandising enhancements, branded shops, concessions, and owned-retail
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related/relevant field
- 10+ years in progressive brand, trade or marketing roles in the consumer goods space
- 5+ years in a management role with both direct (and dotted line) reports
- Agency experience, and/or agency management experience required
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies, and clearly communicate recommendations to Senior Management
- Proven ability to lead and manage overlapping projects, priorities, and complex workstreams in a matrixed organization
- Passion, understanding, and interest in the luxury CPG space, with a focus on the home and tabletop industry
- Positive, solutions-driven mindset willing to confidently bring thoughtful, creative ideas to improve internal and external initiatives

Trade Marketing Director
OUR ROLE
We are looking for an exciting new role, Trade Marketing Director, to join our dynamic team in our crucial Americas region. In this position, you will be responsible for all owned and partner retail marketing activities for our luxury and heritage portfolio of brands, with a distinct focus on Waterford and Wedgwood.
The position can be based in either Wall, New Jersey or New York, New York and reports to our Sr. Director, Marketing Americas. We are a hybrid environment of 3 days in office and 2 days from home.
Salary Range: $138k-$168k Annually
WHAT YOU'LL DO AT WATERFORD AND WEDGWOOD
You will ensure world-class implementation of the Global Brand and Marketing strategy at retail, including online media planning, campaign through-the-line execution, experiential, commercial promotions and new product launches through cross-functional coordination and thoughtful communication with Sales, PR, Communications, Merchandising, Social Media, Trade Marketing, and Creative teams. With the clear objective of leading future growth of our iconic brands, you will also be responsible for budget management & planning, performance tracking, target setting, project management, and delivering internal visibility.
