    Facilities Project Manager

    $38.00/hr.

    The principal duties and responsibilities will be:
    + Responsible for managing all aspects of an assigned project to include clarifying and documenting the scope, schedule, and budget. + Employ all necessary project controls to meet the project objectives and ensure team safety. + Ensure project team members use job hazard analysis (JHA/JSA) for work being performed. + Coordinates projects to ensure deliverables are completed within the required scope, schedule, and budget. + Tracks actions and provides escalation path or resources to ensure actions will be completed on time. + Clarifies and documents project scope and ensures necessary input from appropriate stakeholders. + Supports or develops RFQs for construction activities. + Supports engineering coordinators with facilitating design reviews to ensure project design meets manufacturer's and company guidelines for safety and quality expectations.


    Requirements:
    + Required:
    Minimum - relevant degree or appropriate certification/licensing: Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management. + Experience as the primary project manager for highly technical construction projects with Semiconductor Fabs or Data Centers.


    • Preferred:

    Certification in Business Project Management (PMP) + Proven project management skills to include project estimation, budget management , schedule development (milestones, critical path, resource loading, percent achieved, and detailed task) + Strong partnering, negotiation, and team-working skills with team members from different disciplines.

    + Demonstrated ability to organize and efficiently facilitate meetings and project teams. + Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, follow complex procedures, and work with minimal supervision.
