    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of our office and support our team in achieving their goals.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and organizing files and documents.
    2. Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
    3. Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and reports as needed.
    4. Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
    5. Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and special events as requested.
    6. Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management tasks as needed.
    7. Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization, including HR, finance, and operations.
    8. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    9. Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
    • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
    • Previous experience in customer service or office administration is a plus.
