    Job Location: Philadelphia, covering the Eastern half of PA, NJ, and DE

    Responsibilities:

    • Promote Skytrofa and build in-depth knowledge of the product and disease state to engage with healthcare professionals
    • Educate on product indications and safety profiles for on-label prescribing
    • Call on Pediatric Endocrinologists, establish access in institutions, and navigate children's hospitals
    • Customize client discussions based on customer needs while ensuring ethical practices
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and utilize resources effectively
    • Stay updated on the local market, conduct meetings with healthcare professionals
    • Share insights with internal stakeholders, adapt to market challenges
    • Utilize technology for engaging healthcare professionals
    • Develop and execute a business plan to achieve sales objectives
    • Collaborate with peers and internal teams for maximizing resources
    • Support market access strategies for the brand
    • Adhere to administrative requirements and support company values

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
    • 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience; rare disease or pediatric endocrinology background preferred
    • Proven track record in sales performance
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
    • Experience with complex distribution systems and customer services
    • Thrives in a collaborative and accountable team setting
    • Strong decision-making and ethical standards
    • Ability to develop business plans based on customer needs
    • Analyze data to assess progress and identify opportunities
    • Establish customer relationships and communicate effectively
    • Meet credentialing requirements and travel when necessary
    • Valid driver's license and willingness for overnight travel

    Salary: Salary range is competitive annually
