RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use a consultative approach to discover customers problems and demonstrate how Lumos solutions could address their curriculum and assessment needs
- Support customers through fullcycle of their purchase process and renewal
- Proactively build relationships within a school system
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures it's strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Stay updated on currently offered products
- Keep up with educational policy changes
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a gogetter.
- Excellent research aptitude.
- Updated with recent trends within the edutech domain.
- Working knowledge of the public school system.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Experience with CRM a plus
- Prior experience with the school system in any role (teacher, principal, curriculum lead, admin) would be a plus
- Some Travel Required
Pay:
$40, $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Inside sales: 1 year (preferred)
