    Job Description

    Position Overview: Fast Lane is continuously seeking dynamic and results-driven Strategic Account Managers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships with key accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Fast Lane quota-driven sellers prospect for B2B opportunities and sell IT training and services. This role is 100% remote from anywhere in the United States or Canada.

    Responsibilities:

    • Engage prospects and clients by leveraging knowledge of technologies such as cloud, data, security & AI, combined with knowledge of Fast Lane training and consulting services.
    • Drive top-line revenue growth through net new customer acquisition in a defined territory.
    • Partner with Fast Lane Alliance team members, vendor field sellers and other technology product/service sellers to co-sell and acquire new customers.
    • Leverage LinkedIn, Apollo and other sales tools to organize and scale.
    • Sell consulting and service offerings in addition to training.
    • Engage prospects and customers at all levels: executive, management, worker.
    • Organize and conduct meetings with Subject Matter Expert assistance as needed.

    Skills & Qualifications

    Required Sales Skills:

    • Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients in your assigned region who may benefit from Fast Lane training and consulting services.
    • Hunter Mentality: Someone who can HUNT for new business that is CONSULTATIVE and can SELL SOLUTIONS.
    • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of the offerings and build rapport with clients.
    • Negotiation: Ability to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure deals and meet revenue targets.
    • Closing: Proven ability to close sales and achieve sales quotas in the market.
    • Proven Track Record: Information that demonstrates your proven track record of sales to include achievements, customer testimonials, or any other relevant information that showcases your expertise and results.

    Industry Knowledge:

    • Familiarity with the training and consulting industry.
    • Knowledge of key technology vendors at a high level.
    • Understanding of the specific needs and challenges that clients may face: IE. Cloud migration, adoption of AI, reskilling and upskilling at scale.

    Product Knowledge:

    • In-depth knowledge of Fast Lane US training and consulting offerings, including the range of services and their benefits.
    • Ability to tailor offerings to meet the unique needs of our clients.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • Experience with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn, Navigator, and Apollo IO
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
    • Experience with Microsoft, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, AWS, Google Cloud, etc. is a plus but not required.
    • Experience selling training solutions.

    Required Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Three or more years of sales experience as a proven sales performer exceeding goal in bringing in new revenue.
