    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist you will be responsible for accurate and timely invoicing, and maintaining financial records. You must be able to communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email. You will also be responsible for other accounting tasks, such as end of month reconciliation tasks.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and process invoices for clients accurately and in a timely manner
    • Monitor outstanding A/R and follow up on overdue payments, weekly, for the Installation and Service departments
    • Communicate with multiple departments to reconcile any billing discrepancies or issues and communicate the information to clients
    • Monitor and apply incoming payments
    • Reconcile project billing against Contractor Pay Applications
    • Expense Report reconciliation
    • End of Month Credit Card, Bank reconciliation and other tasks
    • Other duties as assigned within the Accounting Department

    Minimum Requirements

    • Associates Degree or higher
    • At least 1 year experience in Accounts Receivable
    • Quickbooks knowledge - preferably desktop
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Clear and professional communication
    • Proficient in English
