    Job Description Job Description We are seeking a detail oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

    As an Accounts Receivable Specialist you will be responsible for accurate and timely invoicing, and maintaining financial records. You must be able to communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email. You will also be responsible for other accounting tasks, such as end of month reconciliation tasks.


    Key Duties and Responsibilities:
    Prepare and process invoices for clients accurately and in a timely mannerMonitor outstanding A/R and follow up on overdue payments, weekly, for the Installation and Service departmentsCommunicate with multiple departments to reconcile any billing discrepancies or issues and communicate the information to clientsMonitor and apply incoming paymentsReconcile project billing against Contractor Pay ApplicationsExpense Report reconciliationEnd of Month Credit Card, Bank reconciliation and other tasksOther duties as assigned within the Accounting DepartmentMinimum RequirementsAssociates Degree or higherAt least 1 year experience in Accounts ReceivableQuickbooks knowledge - preferably desktopStrong organizational and time management skillsHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailClear and professional communicationProficient in EnglishBenefits:Dental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid sick timePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayNo weekends
