- Process high volume billing and incoming materials
- General ledger account reconciliation
- Upload information and print reports for accounting
- Input billing information into system
- Handle customer service with internal and external customers
- Any other needs assigned
- Minimum 3+ years Accounting experience
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong MS Excel and MS Office experience strongly preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines
