    Business Development Rep (BDR)$60,000 - $90, % OTEAustin, Texas
    • HybridMorpheus are currently partnered with one of the leaders in generative AI.
    The heavily funded Series B backed business provides AI/ML solutions with NLP technology to increases proposal productivity immediately and exponentially.
    Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business leads to achieve sales goalsUtilize prospecting and research tools to generate and qualify leads into the sales funnelWork collaboratively with assigned reps to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plansCo-ordinate with assigned reps to qualify opportunities, prepare for and book meetings with target prospectsCreate strategies with team members to innovate & improve the overall sales development processCreate, maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects and sales meetingsProactively follow up with leads to nurture and develop the relationshipRepresent and attend industry eventsGather market and competitor intelligence, feeding back internally to guide strategyTrack, analyze, and report on results of outreach campaigns and sales meetingsConduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips to connect with new prospectsStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in order to develop effective strategies for prospecting and booking qualified meetingsRequirements2+ years Sales development experience in a similar role or matching experience transferable to this positionExcellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skillsVery strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomouslyHighly motivated to succeed both individually and with a young and fast-growing companyExperience, knowledge or an interest working in our sector and the powerful technology we createA professional and friendly attitude with the ability to consistently develop and deliver on agile goals and targetsPrior Start-up sales experience a huge plus
