    ****Overview****

    The Supervisor, Merchandiser is responsible for performing merchandising activities, constructing displays,andstocking ofSGWSproducts in retail accounts as requested by sales teams or retail customers. The Supervisor, Merchandiser will install promotional point-of-sale materials to achieve display objectivesandstock products as needed.

    ****Primary Responsibilities****

    Train new Merchandisers on policies and procedures

    Oversee designated employees and monitor the work assigned to them

    Assist sales team with maintaining positive relationships with retail customers

    Ensure all company products are properly displayed

    Receive, investigate and resolve internal and external customer complaints and requests

    Perform merchandising activities as needed; cover routes when Merchandisers are out on vacation

    Perform otherjob-relatedduties as assigned

    ****Additional Primary Responsibilities****

    ****Minimum Qualifications****

    High school diploma or equivalency plustwoyears of experience

    Previous supervisory experience

    Must possess a reliable vehicle, a valid drivers license,and the ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurancebyState laws

    Stay apprised of federal, state,and local laws affecting the beverage/alcohol industry within account responsibility

    ****Physical Demands****

    Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of timemayinclude sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) ormobile device

    Physical demands with activity or condition may include walking, bending, reaching, standing,squatting,and stooping

    Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include driving throughout the day with segments up to 2 hours

    May require lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to56lbs
