- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including profit loss statements, to identify areas for improvement
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase customer base
- Implement process improvement measures to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
- Manage projects related to store renovations, expansions, or new openings
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute strategic plans for the district
