    CORPORATE RECEPTIONIST NEEDED FOR OUR DOWNTOWN DALLAS CLIENT
    Direct Hire

    Are you a go-getter? Are you a good multi-tasker? Do you enjoy meeting new people, and helping others? Then look no further, Prideestaff North Dallas is teaming up with our Dallas client is search for a Temporary Receptionist.

    Responsibilities:
    • Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate; transfers a caller to an associate's voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable
    • Greets and directs visitors to the company
    • Takes and retrieves messages for various employee-owners
    • Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company or jobsite location(s), company phone/fax numbers, company website, and other related information
    • Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
    • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
    • Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
    • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
    Remote/On-site - 100% Onsite

    Schedule - 8-5, M-F

    Compensation: $50,000-60,000 (DOE)
