- Greets vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors and arranges for transportation services when needed.
- Operates multi-line switchboard to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls.
- Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
- Receives packages and courier deliveries, logging items, and notifying recipients for pickup.
- Performs clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
- Assists in managing access to building, suite and parking garage.
- Assists in ordering supplies.
- Assists with monthly reporting and other administrative duties.
- Assists with other projects as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Description
The Receptionist maintains front desk operations and operates the switchboard, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Why Ryan?
High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.). Two to four years related experience operating a multi-line switchboard in a corporate environment is preferred.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic skills in Microsoft Access, and intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation/research.
