This position is Hybrid - 3 days in the office 2 days work from home - must be able to commute to zip code You will be handling administrative sales support with Requests for Proposals.

You will be using administrative resources to perform simple tasks/organization/intake allowing proposal writers to focus on their job duties. If qualified - Please send resumes to

Responsibilities

The Proposal Coordinator provides support to EyeMed's Proposal Writing team, including responding to various components of Requests for Proposals (RFPs - Requests for Proposal).

This includes completing questionnaires, submitting geo access requests, modifying executive summaries, etc.
Assist writers with RFP responses– with primary focus on small to mid-sized groups and level 1-3 proposals. These proposals are written and customized to the client.

Populate standard broker RFPs by utilizing templated responses.
Organize incoming RFPs.
