Reviewing and processing requests for quotations.
Performing various responsibilities relating to the Business Unit's Quote System including monitoring follow-up, updating system and staff.
Selecting products including product conversions.
Interpreting commercial requirements and technical specificationsObtaining bids from vendors and/or contractors.
Writing and submitting final quotations in accordance with established guidelines.
Reviewing, Processing purchase orders for operations.
Supporting expedited customer requests.
What you bring:
1-2 years related experience with Sales and/or Procurement in technical field.
Superior Oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines.
Ability to develop strong and trust-worthy relationships with business partners.
Familiar with and proficient in Microsoft office environment including Word and Excel.
Detail oriented.
