    Responsibilities:
    Supports the Director, the Proposal Manager, and Proposal Team as required:
    Reviews the RFP/RFI for proposal production/documentation guidelines; leads the physical production, publication, and delivery of the proposal and related products
    Assists as needed in developing/maintaining proposal schedule, plans, outlines, templates, and mockups
    Serves and configuration control manager for proposal sections and volumes
    Maintains the proposal project site(s), as appropriate on proposal collaboration site; organizes all proposal materials including solicitation documents, drafts, reviews, and final versions
    Leads regular proposal team meetings/tag-ups as required
    Prepares (consolidates input, formats, edits) materials required for Pink, Red, Green, and Gold Team and White Glove reviews
    Formats documents to be compliant with instructions
    Edits documents for grammar, content, single active voice, and applies approved style guide standards
    Coordinates with the technical and graphics teams to assist/facilitate graphics production required for proposals and marketing materials; serves as the liaison in the creation of covers, spines, and graphics
    Serves as point of contact for subcontractor non-price/non-contractual data calls; receives and distributes materials.

    Assists in establishing, maintaining, and providing accessibility to proposal resources including past performance, resumes, prior proposal database, and other boilerplate information including: corporate overview, core competencies, program management plan, contract/sub-contract management plan, quality assurance plan, retention plan, etc.

    Coordinates responses and production for Requests for Information (RFIs), Sources Sought (SS), and other related marketing/capture materials as needed
    Is able to work independently, proactively identify and complete tasks, and serve as a backup to the proposal manager, as needed
    Maintains the flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
    The ideal candidate is anindividual who has a strong working knowledge of proposal development techniques, processes, and methodologies

    Qualifications:
    Professional Certifications relevant to Proposal Management (e.g., Association of Proposal Management Professionals, "APMP" Foundation Level Certifications) desired
    4+ years relevant proposal experience desired
    Participated in large/priority proposals and can serve as proposal manager for smaller lower priority) efforts

    Education:
    Bachelors Degreeor High School Diploma and 8+ years equivalent proposal coordinator or management experience may be substituted. A bachelor's degree is preferred.


    Clearance:
    Must have minimum Secret; Top Secret highly desired
