**The Role**
We are seeking a passionate, results oriented, sales professional to drive revenue growth within a new geography for NuHarbor. This is an opportunity to build your pipeline, establish new clients and grow our relationship with existing clients. The Regional Sales Manager is an individual contributor who plays a vital role in driving a significant share of revenue for NuHarbor Security, Inc.
*What youll do*
Building trusted relationships focused on solving the customers desired security outcomes
Maximize opportunities for a comprehensive security solution for those customers based on deep understanding of their ecosystem and pain points
Establish a vision and plan for pipeline generation - land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities
Consistently deliver on revenue and margin targets.
Accurately forecast, identify trends, assess risk, and effectively advance opportunities and pipeline through the sales cycle.
Become known as a thought-leader in information security solutions.
Expand relationships and orchestrate complex deals across diverse business stakeholders.
Holistically embrace, access, and utilize our ecosystem, including our channel partners, to identify and open new opportunities.
Work as a team, cross functionally, to create the most effective solutions to address customer needs.
Provide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions.
Maintain and grow understanding of market dynamics to drive creative solutions with customers.
*What youll bring*
Ability to drive the sales life cycle from lead qualification through to deal closure: qualification, close planning, pipeline hygiene & negotiation
Experience in and/or with SLED and Public Sector businesses with a demonstrated understanding of these business models.
Demonstrated success in strategic, consultative selling. (Knowledge of MEDDIC methodologies is a plus.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify the complex for different stakeholders and audiences.
Ability to implement sales strategy, effectively translating organizational business requirements into plans that deliver success.

*Your experience should include*
Relevant security industry experience in any of the following: information security, IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, business applications and/or analytics.
Successfully building relationships with CXO stakeholders, strong executive presence, and gravitas with ability to address key business issues by aligning & reinforcing the value of the solution to the customer.
Proven success orchestrating and aligning decision makers around a common objective
Demonstrated consistent quota attainment a measurable track record in new business development and meeting or over- achieving sales targets.
Successful experience selling complex security solutions including Splunk, Crowdstrike, OKTA, Cyberark, and/or Palo Alto highly desired
*Your foundation:*
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing or related field
+ We are always open to proven success and experience in lieu of a degree
3+ years direct selling experience of NuHarbor OEM partner solutions and/or complex cybersecurity services and MSSP/MSP services to medium and large enterprises is preferred.
A strong understanding of information security and services
Experience in a digital, software, IT industry is preferred
