    Job Description

    Responsibilities

    • Gather, analyze, and summarize important data to equip the sales team with valuable insights for driving sales growth effectively and efficiently.
    • Create and monitor Key Performance Indicators for various sales programs and projects
    • Identify measurable metrics related to product and inventory levels to support sales expansion
    • Create presentations analyzing sales and inventory data to pinpoint sales growth opportunities
    • Implement and oversee reports and dashboards to ensure sales team access key data for successful business management
    • Collaborate with internal IT teams to identify system improvements for easier data updates
    • Manage daily business activities of assigned accounts, including order processing, shipment scheduling, pricing, and maintaining customer service standards
    • Ensure timely shipment of all orders and back orders by managing the open order file
    • Acquire in-depth product knowledge through training and self-study to effectively support customer inquiries
    • Accurately enter and process orders in a timely manner
    • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer quotation requests
    • Resolve order-related disputes in collaboration with the Product Assurance department

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field AND 5 to 7 years of experience in sales operations and analysis
