**Job Description**

AECOM is seeking a Sr. Project Manager/Business Development Leader with a focus on NJ clients including NJDOT and NJ Counties.

In this role, you will be asked to manage a portfolio of projects and act as the Client Account Manager with responsibility to grow AECOMs market share for that client.

Duties & Responsibilities:

+ Serve as the Client Account Manager for major clients in NJ

+ Join the Leadership team to develop and capture growth strategies and increase market share for key accounts

+ Specialize in Transportation, with strong knowledge of sustainability planning, resiliency, and renewable energy

+ Manage marketing and proposal preparation

+ Manage team of professionals and contract deliverables with minimal guidance or supervision

+ Interface with clients at meetings to discuss and coordinate the project progress

+ Establish scope, work plan and work schedule

+ Manage and lead the overall project including technical, financial, schedule, and client satisfaction

+ Assure conformance with contractual obligations by ensuring that contract documents are reviewed and approved prior to release to the client

+ Train, mentor and develop staff

+ Anticipate potential budget and schedule impacts and initiates plans for alternative actions

+ Incorporate Innovation in design and delivery

**Qualifications**

Minimum Requirements :

+ BA/BS + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 5 years of leadership

+ Recent relevant experience with NJDOT and counties

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 12 years of experience

+ Specialize in Transportation, with strong knowledge of sustainability planning, resiliency, and renewable energy

+ Client Account Manager experience

+ Willing to support other business lines: Environment, Energy, Architecture, Water

+ Affiliated with professional organizations

+ Must be willing to travel up to 25%

**Additional Information**

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $150, $220,
