We are looking for a
Treasury Project Manager


The initiative also involves the implementation of an in-house
Treasury Payments solution and cutting-edge allocation tools to streamline and automate the cash allocation process end-to-end.


Responsibilities:


  • As the
    Treasury Manager, you will lead the rollout from the treasury side, acting as the primary interface for all rolloutrelated matters with Accounting, Shared Services, and IT.
  • Develop a comprehensive rollout strategy for each entity in coordination with the
    Cash Management &
    Payments team (Treasury) as well as other stakeholders (Accounting/Shared Services).

Coordination of New Bank Accounts:Oversee the smooth rollout of new
virtual bank accounts, ensuring alignment with the defined approach.

Customer Communication Support:Assist in crafting effective communication, including mass mailings, to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project.

Progress Tracking and Troubleshooting:Monitor project progress and address any challenges, leveraging support from the in-house
Treasury Payment solution to ensure a seamless implementation.


Required Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:


  • Project Management:Demonstrated expertise in project management, with a track record of successful implementations.

Office Tools:Proficient in utilizing a variety of office tools to facilitate efficient project coordination and communication.

Financial Background: A background in finance is beneficial, providing you with a solid understanding of financial processes and requirements.

Strong on Delivery: Proven ability to drive results, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
