Our clients include leading investment banks, corporations, niche players, global and regional private equity funds, and family offices.


We have been mandated by a leading technology investment company to search for a Director M&A (m/f/d) who will ensure further growth in the DACH region.


Responsibilities:

  • Project management for technology and software acquisitions in the DACH region from end to end
  • M&A team management
  • Coordination and management of financial valuations and due diligence for potential acquisitions
  • Negotiation and execution of acquisition agreements in direct communication with targets
  • Stakeholder management and ensuring effective communication throughout the acquisition process
  • Management of post-merger integration activities (PMI)
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, targets, etc.
  • Supporting the business development team

Requirements:

  • 7-12 years of M&A experience, ideally in the software and/or technology industry
  • Strong background in M&A project management, M&A execution, negotiation, acquisition process, financial valuations, due diligence, stakeholder management, PMI, and LOI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership experience.
