Title:
Cybersecurity Project Manager

Location:
Edison, NJ

Length: 1 Year+

Background and Experience:

Experience working with remote resources.
Demonstrated experience implementing scrum, agile, and/or lean project management techniques for small to medium sized teams.
Primarily Remote but should be able to travel a couple times a year if required.
Start time would be "soon", but it's not a "drop everything" kind of need.

Work Activities:

Set up meetings for collaboration and keeping the attendees on task to achieve the desired outcome.
Consolidation and reporting on escalation issues reported across the team for central management in a risk register.
Ensuring the agreed objectives and success criteria are delivered on time and quality.
Managing 3rd party vendors and managing multiple individuals and project aspects running concurrently
Maintain capability roadmaps, new process or technology adoption plans, and general planning of longterm initiatives.
Facilitate the breakdown of large activities into smaller tasks that can be completed by individual team members to prevent overloading team members.
Consolidate team updates on projects and nonproject activities for reporting to senior leadership.
Facilitation of security architecture forum used to provide peer and cross discipline reviews used to establish guidelines/guardrails for system owners.
Facilitate development or adoption of effective task management tools and techniques to improve efficiency of the team.
