    EverPro Restoration is an emergency restoration company located in Orlando, FL that offers quality work and excellent customer service to residential and commercial clients across Florida. We specialize in water, fire, mold, and other restoration services to help get our clients' lives back to normal as quick as possible.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, developing sales strategies, and creating operational plans. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to manage projects and supporting the company's growth initiatives. Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits.Attend business networking functions to promote the business.Coordinate and manage community and charitable events

    Hours/Week: Full-time, 40 hours

    Territory: Orlando and surrounding areas

    Qualifications

    • Water Mitigation/Restoration Business Development experience required
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to support company growth initiatives
    • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing projects
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Sales CRM software
