    Job DescriptionDescriptionAbout the Role:
    As an Events Assistant at Maintenance Technician, you'll be an essential part of our team, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various events and activities. From corporate gatherings to community outreach programs, Events Assistants play a crucial role in ensuring the success and seamless operation of all events.
    Key Responsibilities
    Responsibilities:
    • Assist in planning and organizing events, including venue selection, logistics coordination, and vendor management.
    • Prepare event materials such as invitations, signage, and promotional materials.
    • Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and attendee assistance.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all event details are executed flawlessly.
    • Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
    • Maintain event calendars, schedules, and databases accurately.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or related field preferred.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and aesthetics.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite and event management software is a plus.
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
