Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports and statements
evaluate, and enforce accounting methods, policies, and procedures
and complete annual audits
systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

Required Skills/Abilities:

working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, Finance Manager, or related
computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
attentiveness to detail and accuracy
to communicate effectively with colleagues to influence and manage performance
organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
to excellence and high standards
responsive, and reliable with an ability to dynamically multitask
interpersonal and customer service skills
written and verbal communication skills
time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
flexibility, and a willingness to work within changing responsibilities with enthusiasm

Desired Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting or Finance highly preferred
At least 2 years of professional accounting experience
