What can you expect?

You will be responsible for telephone customer service for property management, homeowners, and tenants
You will explain billing statements and handle corrections and assistance
You will be responsible for installations and readings, order acceptance, appointment inquiries, and complaints
You will handle explanations and complaints in accounting
You will be the direct contact person for inquiries in the customer and user portal, as well as inquiries about energy certificates
You will process emails in the back office
