    Description

    The Marketing Manager will oversee the entire function of the marketing department. This includes assessing and creating the Company's marketing plan and marketing strategy and directing all marketing efforts from creative to operations, including managing the team.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the Company ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate closely with the (SEO) staff, supporting strategic objectives and enhancing company visibility.
    • Manage digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.
    • Plan and execute participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our server solutions and engage with potential customers as well as follow-up activities.
    • Lead a team of marketing professionals, including product marketing managers, content creators, and graphic designers, to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
    • Review, edit, and approve marketing materials, guaranteeing accuracy, brand consistency, and effectiveness.
    • Foster and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to establish co-marketing opportunities and leverage partnership benefits.
    • Oversee the production of whiteboard videos and presentations to effectively communicate product value and company insights. Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
    • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing insights to drive continuous improvement.
    • Develop relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders to expand our network and enhance brand recognition.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Requirements
    • 4-6 years of related work experience in similar industry
    Education Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related

    Exempt Salary Details: The annualized base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $100,000. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.
