- Working with Various Onboarding systems including Ticketing Systems, Provisioning, Benefits Administration Systems following and enhancing HR processes.
- Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, etc.).
- Communicating with Recruiters, Hiring Manager and Executive Leadership.
- Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.
- Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries.
- Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner, facilitating talent identification efforts, and hire to retire journeys.
- Proven experience in an HR role.
- Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to be detail oriented, with prompt follow through, and solution-oriented philosophies.
- Excellent abilities with Microsoft Word, Recruiting ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
- Must be approachable and helpful.

We are looking for an Human Resources Administrator with superb communication, attention to detail, and administration skills. The HR administrator will handle written and verbal employee queries with the utmost confidentiality. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, drawing up HR documents, supporting and working with Talent Acquisition, organizing orientations, interviews, training sessions and events, updating company policies and working with our Regulatory Compliance Department ensuring they comply with labor laws.
