The Director of Enterprise Architecture is a transformative figure, responsible for aligning our organization's technology infrastructure and systems with the evolving needs of our business.
This leader will not only design a comprehensive architecture strategy but must also possess the interpersonal and leadership skills to champion its adoption across the company.
Responsibilities Include:
Strategic Visionary:
Develop a long-term enterprise architecture roadmap that anticipates future business needs, addresses current challenges, and proactively integrates emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
Governance Champion:
Establish clear architecture principles, standards, and best practices. Oversee a robust governance process, ensuring compliance and facilitating the review and approval of architecture designs across the enterprise.
Technology Evangelist:
Actively research, evaluate, and introduce innovative technologies, tools, and methodologies. Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot programs to determine the feasibility and potential value of new solutions.
Collaborative Leader:
Work closely with domain architects, solution architects, development teams, and IT operations to ensure seamless alignment between the enterprise architecture vision and the practical implementation of systems and applications
Business Partner:
Engage with executives and stakeholders across all business units, developing a deep understanding of their needs. Translate business goals into actionable technology roadmaps, effectively communicating the benefits of architectural initiatives.
Talent Manager:
Motivate and develop a world-class team of architects. Create an environment that values innovation, continuous learning, and cross-team collaboration.
About The Pay:
Base Salary Range:
$140,000 - $170,000 AnnuallyAnnual Bonus ProgramEquity401(k) Profit SharingMedical, Dental, Vision & MoreFinal compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location
About You:
Education:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. TOGAF certification or equivalent is strongly preferred.
Experience:
10+ years of progressive experience in IT architecture roles, with at least 5 years in senior leadership positions. Demonstrated experience in large-scale enterprise environments is essential.
Technical Expertise:
Deep knowledge of cloud architecture, data management, application integration, security frameworks, and industry-standard technologies. Experience in legacy system modernization is a significant plus.
Analytical Mindset:
Ability to analyze complex systems, identify risks, evaluate trade-offs, and propose holistic solutions that balance long-term architectural integrity with immediate business needs
Influential Communicator:
Superior written and verbal communication skills. Able to tailor messaging for a variety of audiences, ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.
Change Agent:
Proven success in driving organizational change, overcoming resistance, and securing buy-in from key stakeholders
