- Strategic Visionary:Develop a long-term enterprise architecture roadmap that anticipates future business needs, addresses current challenges, and proactively integrates emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Governance Champion:Establish clear architecture principles, standards, and best practices. Oversee a robust governance process, ensuring compliance and facilitating the review and approval of architecture designs across the enterprise.
- Technology Evangelist:Actively research, evaluate, and introduce innovative technologies, tools, and methodologies. Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot programs to determine the feasibility and potential value of new solutions.
- Collaborative Leader:Work closely with domain architects, solution architects, development teams, and IT operations to ensure seamless alignment between the enterprise architecture vision and the practical implementation of systems and applications.
- Business Partner:Engage with executives and stakeholders across all business units, developing a deep understanding of their needs. Translate business goals into actionable technology roadmaps, effectively communicating the benefits of architectural initiatives.
- Talent Manager:Motivate and develop a world-class team of architects. Create an environment that values innovation, continuous learning, and cross-team collaboration.
- Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000 Annually

- Final compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location.
- Education:Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. TOGAF certification or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- Experience:10+ years of progressive experience in IT architecture roles, with at least 5 years in senior leadership positions. Demonstrated experience in large-scale enterprise environments is essential.
- Technical Expertise:Deep knowledge of cloud architecture, data management, application integration, security frameworks, and industry-standard technologies. Experience in legacy system modernization is a significant plus.
- Analytical Mindset:Ability to analyze complex systems, identify risks, evaluate trade-offs, and propose holistic solutions that balance long-term architectural integrity with immediate business needs.
- Influential Communicator:Superior written and verbal communication skills. Able to tailor messaging for a variety of audiences, ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.
- Change Agent:Proven success in driving organizational change, overcoming resistance, and securing buy-in from key stakeholders.
