Job Summary:


Essential Responsibilities:


  • Promotes learning in others by proactively providing and/or developing information, resources, advice, and expertise with coworkers and members; builds relationships with crossfunctional/external stakeholders and customers.   • Facilitates planning and design projects by: using judgment and discretion to develop solutions to resolve moderately complex problems for the team; establishing a communication network between the project team and other internal and external personnel; and developing training materials for the team or consultants on strategies and concepts, coordination, and management of the support teams area of expertise.
  • Supports NFS program deliverables by: facilitating moderately complex National Facilities Services (NFS) initiatives and projects from initiation through design phase with limited oversight from senior management; developing, analyzing, and managingmoderately complex project plans which include scope identification and management, schedule, interdependencies, and resource forecast. monitoring overall project performance (e.g., on time, within scope, and with quality) against plans, ensuring measurement of business benefits and outcomes, and makes adjustments as needed; managing project activities related to organizational change management (e.g., development and execution of user adoption, implementation, and training plans) as defined by the project; and driving allocation of resources, establishes schedules, and task assignments to ensure established industry practices are in place.
  • Provides oversight for compliance by: coordinating with other internal teams to ensure the enterprise facilities design standards development to ensure quality solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:


Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, etc.), Planning (e.g., Space Planning), Interior Design, Construction Management, Cost Estimating, or related field AND minimum five (5) years of experience in planning, architectural, design, engineering, CADD, hospital/medical facility, healthcare planning, construction estimating, or a directly related field OR Minimum eight (8) years of experience in planning, architectural, design, engineering, CADD, hospital/medical facility, health and safety administration/management, construction estimating, or a directly related field.
