    Job Description

    Primary Role

    As a Field Service Manager at Intuitive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring top-notch service delivery to our customers. Your responsibilities include overseeing service operations in your region, leading a team of field-based employees, and optimizing service efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Recruit and develop talented team members
    • Coach and mentor employees for optimal performance
    • Foster a collaborative team environment based on trust and respect
    • Use data to measure progress and communicate results effectively

    Requirements

    Skills and Experience

    • Minimum 5 years of field service experience

      • Education

    • Bachelor's Degree in mechanical, biomedical, electronics engineering, or equivalent

      • Working Conditions

    • Ability to travel up to 50%

      • Preferred Qualifications

    • 3 years of managerial experience in the medical industry
    • Familiarity with hospital protocols and terminology
    • Strong multitasking and adaptability skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
    • Proven track record of working in cross-functional teams
    • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
    • Proficient in computer applications
    • High ethical standards and customer-oriented
