- Partner with the Sales and Marketing department to refine the lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards.
- Support the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas.
- Support the development of programs to identify ideal customer profiles, determine accounts with rising intentions to purchase, and pinpoint sales funnel conversion issues.
- Operate and maintain sales data in Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoominfo and other relevant CRM and BI tools.
- Recognize, develop, and implement process improvements within the Sales organization.
- Assist with analysis in support of annual sales planning, territory reassignments, data refreshes in CRM, quota attainment analysis, sales leaderboard reports, etc.
- Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes.
- Assist with on-boarding and training new sales talent on relevant tools.
- Sales (Revenue) Operations experience, including 1 year of experience working in Salesforce CRM with knowledge of Salesloft, Hubspot, Zoominfo, Gainsight and/or Zendesk.
- Salesforce certification is strongly preferred
- Understand B2B sales processes and metrics, and is able to translate these into reports and actions.
- Ability to drive data integrity, processes and cleanse data from multiple sources.
- Initiative and drive, structuring and solving problems quickly and effectively, while willing to escalate and ask for help when issues warrant it; will be a fast learner.
- Strong spreadsheet (Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel), data analysis and manipulation skills. Experience with statistical analysis is ideal.
