    Description

    About the Role:

    CrowdStrike is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join the Corporate Sales Specialist team. This position involves utilizing various data sets and CRM tools to generate KPIs and models for team analysis and decision-making. You will collaborate closely with Senior Leadership and have opportunities for career growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Improve operational workflows and programs supporting sales initiatives and partnerships
    • Manage Partner CRM flow
    • Utilize models and datasets based on leadership requirements
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and utilize KPI metrics for optimizing business strategies
    • Create and analyze advanced customized reports as necessary
    • Assist in developing territory alignment models to enhance partnership strategies
    • Support the growth and development of the Sales Specialist Organization and its teams

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Detail-oriented, reliable, and well-organized
    • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Domo, Tableau, Clari (preferred)
    • Proficiency in Visio or other diagraming software (preferred)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related quantitative field
