    Marketing Specialist and Project Administrator - Providence, United States - Elevation Talent Group

    We are proudly aligned with a prominent marketing agency to help them find a Marketing Project Administrator to serve as a brand steward for both their agency and client teams.

    Our client is a successful marketing agency with a passion for best of class branded CPG clientele. Our client seeks an experienced Marketing Project Administrator to manage the administrative needs of their ongoing projects. This role is ideal for a multi-tasker who likes a variety of responsibilities and projects It's also a wonderful opportunity to learn and grow in the creative field

    Job Location: Onsite 5 days/week in Providence, RI

    Role Type: Direct Hire

    What you'll be doing:

    • Partner with the project managers to ensure project kickoffs and project updates are clearly communicated to all parties
    • Become the brand expert for the Agency and Client to actively identify workflow improvements
    • Support the overall studio administrative needs
    • Coordinate and support facility needs with the property management company
    • Plan and manage team events and client meetings including catering and collateral
    • Support Onboarding and Expense Reports

    Requirements

    • Highly proactive and independent
    • Bachelor degree in Marketing or equivalent field
    • Minimum 3+ years Project Coordination
    • Minimum 3 years Administrative support
    • Tech: Mac OS, MS Suite, Project Management/Routing tools
