    Our B2B SaaS software helps companies manage and measure the impact of their employee engagement event programs. Think of us as SurveyMonkey meets Eventbrite. We're remote, scaling quickly, and were funded by Google and Slack.

    • DAY: As an Operations Coordinator, you will own the efficiency of our daily company processes.
    As an ideal candidate, you'll have a sharp business mind and proven success managing across multiple stakeholders to maximize productivity, collaboration and communication.

    You'll display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion (as those are key values for us).

    Your ultimate responsibility is to increase our operational efficiency across the board.


    QualificationsOBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE:
    Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organizationAssist the CEO in top strategic initiatives from sales to people managementGrow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization's internal capacityActively pursue strategic and operational objectivesEnsure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budgetTrack staffing requirements, helping to hire new employees as neededOversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departmentsManage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer servicePartner with cross-functional support teams in improving the proprietary tools and systemsConduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management


    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


    2+ years proven experience in an operations management positionStrong budget development and oversight skillsExcellent ability to collaborate across multiple teamsHighly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processesKnowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applicationIf some or most of this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
