- Social Media Management: Manage Slack channels and employee communities to facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration, and discussions around technology topics and initiatives.
- Email Marketing: Develop and implement internal email marketing campaigns to keep employees informed about technology updates, training opportunities, and other relevant news, driving engagement and participation.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal digital campaigns and platforms, providing regular reports and insights to measure impact and effectiveness, and inform future strategies.
- Brand Management: Uphold brand consistency and messaging guidelines across internal digital channels and communications, ensuring a cohesive and unified employee experience.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Marketing, Communications or related fields.
- Experience leading large-scale campaigns for organizational transformations, technology implementations, or business process reengineering initiatives.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholder groups
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an internal communications or employee engagement role within a large organization.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, with a focus on internal audience engagement.
- Proficiency in content creation, including writing, editing, and multimedia production, with the ability to tailor content for internal audiences.
- Experience managing internal digital campaigns and platforms, with a track record of driving employee engagement and participation.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to measure campaign effectiveness and inform decision-making.
